When will I receive my order?

Bellini Shoe will ship your order the next business day after it is received.  Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground delivery and take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive.  Delivery times also vary depending upon where you live.  If your order does not arrive within the allotted time, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-837-3739 to track your order.  You will receive notification via email once your order has been shipped.

Holiday Schedules that impact shipping include: Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (if occurs during the work week), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

We ship Ground USPS to the continental United States.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands or any international address.
